We come from the world of IT and AI, but not the virtual side. We've spent our careers in the physical layer: building servers, running datacenters, digging trenches for optical fiber. We're operators first.
A few years ago, we noticed something shifting. The gap between IT and OT was closing. The same AI capabilities transforming software, logistics, and services could finally reach the factory floor. The moment to act was now.
But when we looked closer, we saw something frustrating: all the pieces existed, yet it wasn't happening. Not yet. Not fast enough. And definitely not easily.
The pattern was always the same: ambitious technology, complex integrations, months of consulting, and systems that operators abandoned within a year.
We asked: what if we built something that operations teams could actually deploy themselves? That provided value in weeks, not quarters? That started with visibility and let you add sophistication only when ready?
That question became Edgeweave.
